Citytech began in 2016 with one roaster in Al Quoz. Today the group operates three distinct brands across sixteen branches in five emirates — a specialty coffee house, a bakehouse, and a Levantine kitchen.
What holds them together is not a logo. It is a shared refusal to cut the corner nobody would notice: coffee roasted weekly rather than quarterly, dough proved overnight rather than forced, and a kitchen that still rolls its own vine leaves at six in the morning.

How we grow
Every new branch opens with staff drawn from an existing one, so the standard travels with people rather than manuals. We open slowly and we do not franchise.
