A modern Levantine table
Mezze the way it is meant to be eaten — slowly, in company, with too much bread. Zaytoun takes the Levantine repertoire seriously: charcoal grills, hand-rolled vine leaves, tahini we mill ourselves, and olive oil pressed by a single family in the Bekaa.
