Our founding house. Qahwa & Co. began in 2016 with a single roaster in Al Quoz and a stubborn belief that the Gulf deserved coffee roasted for its own palate — not shipped in stale from somewhere colder. We buy at origin, roast weekly, and pull every shot to a recipe our baristas can recite from memory.

Layali is what happens when a French bakehouse and an Emirati sweets kitchen share an oven. Laminated dough proved overnight, kunafa built to order, and a pastry case that changes with the season. Everything is finished the morning it is sold.
